The staff here were fantastic and very helpful; I got a room with amazing views overlooking the lake.

Cozy and stylish rooms that look like they were just put together, making them really comfy. Super close to Schaumburg, Illinois, with plenty of restaurant options and easy access to public transport, like the train station 🚉 and the mall nearby.

Efficient staff and well-decorated rooms with 2 beds. Perfect location near restaurants areas. Free breakfast with plenty of food. Had a wonderful stay for a wedding nearby

The hotel's location is superb, very convenient, and close to the airport shuttle service, and the breakfast offers fresh, homemade items.

The room was spacious with a mini-fridge. It was clean, although a few sticky spots on the carpet. The breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and prompt with requests. Location was quiet with easy access to shopping and dining.

I definitely liked the huge hall with a fireplace and chairs - a perfect evening with a glass of wine after a day of work. Comfortable armchairs, music, fireplace, just want to go back. I was glad to have a pool - but about it further. Rooms - large, comfortable, the whole set of amenities. Reminds me of a village of houses. Ideal for a couple or family. Or maybe a bachelorette party. Or vice versa, no one will find it.

Location. booklet said it was near the airport. In the end, we drove 40 minutes through traffic jams and wastelands. There's nowhere to get out. Not at all. Not a single shop, stall, tent, wasteland. We walked a mile on the navigator to the nearest McDonald's and All Dollar Store. Nearby, there's a golf center. There's a hotel by the track, there's a little pond. It's perfect if you drive and don't want to live in town. You're not gonna see Chicago there. There's no traffic stops close either, just a taxi. Swimming pool - I'm 6'4", waist-length. kids are spitting.

The staff here were awesome and really on top of things. The room had a modern vibe to it and the location was fantastic 🌟. Plus, it was only 2 miles away from the First Presbyterian Church.

The employees were amicable and amazingly friendly. The location was perfect and excellent as it was close to restaurants, shopping, and Schaumburg, Illinois. The hotel is only 3 miles from Happy Acres Park. I enjoyed ordering room service for dinner from the on-site restaurant.

My wife and I recently stayed at the DoubleTree By Hilton in Wood Dale for a weekend getaway. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the close proximity to the O'Hare airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The hotel had a nice pool area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, cleanliness, and friendly service.

Room was clean, loved the gym and the swimming pool.

1. needed a blanket for the kid, had to ask for it twice (30 minutes apart). 2. the door tag was missing and I called up for one, was told it would be hung on the door for us but at midnight someone knocked at the door a couple of times then opened the door!... i jumped out of the bed, ran towards the door, urged the person to whisper since my 3 years old son was sleeping just a couple of feet away. All that to find out that he totally didn't get it: he didn't understand that we needed a tag from the memo that was handed to him, so I told him I don't want to be woken up in the AM and he told me I should put the tag on the door... I had to insist saying I didn't have one, and he seemed to have understood. BUT when we got up in the morning the room service knocked on the door and we realized that the tag was hung inside of our room... => not much harm there but still we felt that our privacy was not respected as it should have

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was convenient, with other options in the area like a restaurant called Denny's and a supermarket. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Jojo at the front desk. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had a good selection and the dining area was well-maintained. We also enjoyed the view from our balcony, it was a nice bonus. we were pleasantly surprised by our experience at this hotel.

The pool area could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

Qe booked three roomd. They only had two. They charged us an extra room on top of booking charges of the three rooms. We are still unsure if we paid twice for a couple rooms.

Its location was marvellous, close enough to the airport as well as restaurants. The people working in the hotel were extremely friendly and excellent. Breakfast with freshly made eggs.
